So, as long as we're trimming the federal budget, can we cut the funding for anti-tobacco ads? Who doesn't know that inhaling lungs full of smoke is hazardous to his health? Also, cigarettes need to be taxed more heavily. In fact, every time some jerk throws a cigarette butt on the ground, the tax should go up.
